My partner and I purchase our first starter house a little over a year ago with Kelsey Purcell and it was the easiest and most convenient experience. I was super nervous starting the process, not exactly knowing WHERE to start, Kelsey was able to direct me the entire way. She listened to what we wanted in our house as well as the kind of land we wanted for our lifestyle. We looked at about 3 houses, but none of them felt like “us”. We gave Kelsey a challenge to help us sell our home and find a specific style home to fit our needs. She was excited about it and accepted the challenge. Kelsey listed our home with exceptional and professional photographs. Within a few days we had a contract.

The search for our next home had already begun, but it was crunch time now that a contract was in place. Kelsey sacrificed a lot of family time in order to work around our schedules. We ran into several issues (on the seller side) with the houses we were looking at and Kelsey continuously fought for us. Once we found the right home for us, we again ran into issues on the seller side that would delay us from moving in. Kelsey continued to fight for us and kept us up to date.
