My son found Talan for me. I called and Laura Vandal answered. It has been longer than I anticipated to move from Charlotte to GA. Laura kept in touch with me over several months and gave me ideas of where to look for what I wanted until I could go around with her. I only had a month to move out of my home. One of the homes she sent me information on is what I am living in right now. Laura is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very pleasant, caring and helpful. My partner and I purchase our first starter house a little over a year ago with Kelsey Purcell and it was the easiest and most convenient experience. I was super nervous starting the process, not exactly knowing WHERE to start, Kelsey was able to direct me the entire way. If you want an up front, honest, and hard working realtor, Kelsey Purcell is who you need!!! We gave Kelsey a challenge to help us sell our home and find a specific style home to fit our needs. She was excited about it and accepted the challenge. Kelsey listed our home with exceptional and professional photographs. Within a few days we had a contract. The search for our next home had already begun, but it was crunch time now that a contract was in place. Kelsey sacrificed a lot of family time in order to work around our schedules. We ran into several issues (on the seller side) with the houses we were looking at and Kelsey continuously fought for us. Once we found the right home for us, we again ran into issues on the seller side that would delay us from moving in. Kelsey continued to fight for us and kept us up to date.
