Andrii is an associate broker proudly serving Northeast Georgia and North Carolina with Talan Properties. Born and raised in Ukraine, Andrii moved to Northeast Georgia in 2022, where he lives with his wife, Taylor, and their three children.

Andrii is passionate about helping people find a place they can truly call home—whether that’s a first home, a forever home, or the next chapter in their journey. He believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and he works hard to make every step as smooth, successful, and stress-free as possible.

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, he is able to connect with and serve a wide variety of clients. No matter if you’re buying or selling, his commitment is simple: put his clients first, listen to their needs, and be there every step of the way.
